Lucy Sellick - Course Manager

Lucy has worked tirelessly behind the scenes, dedicating countless hours to ensure our fairways, greens, and landscapes are nothing short of exceptional. Her attention to detail, expertise, and sheer determination have shaped our course into something we are incredibly proud of.

Lucy's career started over 30 years ago when she helped build a golf course whilst still attending school. From there she moved onto the Celtic Manor Resort which hosted the 2010 Ryder Cup and many more European tour events. She then went on to become Deputy Course Manager at Saltford Golf Club & then Head Greenkeeper at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club before joining us in September 2024.

Her motto is "Be visible and make it the norm"

Tom Higson - PGA Pro & Golf Manager

Tom turned professional at 19 after completing his PGA qualification in 2020. With experience working alongside leading coaches, competing with world-class players, and supporting events such as the Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup, he brings valuable knowledge to help golfers of all levels improve. At Raglan Golf Club, Tom is committed to supporting the club’s growth as a destination for every golfer.
